Ft. of leasable space). Work alongside CEO to establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies, as well as serving as a member of the Executive Committee. Prepare annual operating and CAPEX budgets, oversee property management, including maintenance and leasing, and liaise with joint property owners inside the Atlanta Galleria. Oversee 5 direct and 75 indirect reports across 7 functional areas. • Played instrumental role in the development, construction, and funding of the Performing Arts Center from the first strategy meeting. • Led successful recovery and reopening of the convention center following the shutdown of events and revenue collapse after COVID breakout. • Provided project management oversight of multiple capital infrastructure projects, including new construction, renovations, and building systems. • Developed and implemented logistics plans for notable events, such as Cirque du Soleil, MLB and NFL fan events, and appearances by U.S. Presidents and national dignitaries. • Created and implemented Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Program, working in partnership with DHS.
