TI Store customer experience and availability is a big factor to boost our online presence and sales. Monitoring helps to ensure that Store is available and processing customer orders.To make sure that we are able to incorporate as many business processes as possible, the framework is designed to be highly configurable and flexible. In addition to that, it comes with a powerful visual dashboard in Spotfire which provides all the details needed for support teams to take actions.Defined statistical and business rules for each alert needed to monitor a business process.The ROI has been quick with multiple issue identified and action taken before any significant impact. 2019 Tech Mania 1st Runner Up Texas Instruments Oct 2019 Description - POC'ed an anamoly detection system using KERAS to identify anomalies that could indicate potential pump breakdowns in Texas Instruments(TI) factories. This could then be applied to identify the exact time when maintenance can be performed to help the pump function longer or ensure replacement of pump before failure in factory off hours to ensure the factory line does not get effected. This leads to a situation of over buying or underbuying of these critical raw materials causing complete stoppage or huge wastage in production.Texas Instruments is a projecting to be a market leader when it comes to On Time Delivery(OTD) of its orders and the shortage situation described above has always made it difficult to maintain that OTD target.I analyzed the data from SAP (MRP), inhouse Supply/Chain & raw material demand calculation systems and gave an insight that helped in TI wide system change in how all raw material demand within TI is calculated.I also architected and pioneered a visual dashboard that gives visibility on Leadframe & Substrate inventory shortages and excess situations in advance reducing order delays and Represented all of IT department at TI Material Requirement Planning Summit 2018 in Malaysia to showcased and trained Planners and WPL how to identify and address the most critical shortage concerns leveraging the dashboard and systems in place.Results - Having enough Leadframe Raw materials to meet orders - increased from being there only 81% (as of 4/16/2017 before the solution) to 94% (as of 7/23/2018), thus directly improving OTD.Starting production of order on time due to Leadframes availability increased to 73% after project execution.Vendor Acknowledgement % which measures vendor performance in accepting TI raw material orders and delivering them on time - went from 18% to 50% percent on an average. Team of the Quarter - Demand Signal Change Texas Instrument - Technical Community Sep 2018 Awarded for Collaboration and Leadership for Demand Signal Change effort. The effort was targeted towards changing how Texas Instruments considers its demand signal - Orders that are in queue and that are forecasted to come to Texas Instruments. This helped ensure TI gets a clear picture of orders it needs to process and exclude any duplicate orders that may be sent via multiple distributors; effort also ensure TI meets 95% shipment commitments made to customers.

Star of the Quarter - Semiconductor Wafer Production Queue Texas Instrument - Technical Community Jun 2017 Leadership, Collaboration and Seamless Execution of Semiconductor Wafer Production Queue. The logic helps identify wafers left to be produced and causing derailment in meeting customer orders and showcases different technologies/systems where wafer production has slowed causing the formation of a queue
