At HSBC, I manage and develop a portfolio of Agricultural relationships across Worcestershire and Herefordshire. As a local business manager I was responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients across the West Midlands. This consisted of clients across all sectors with borrowing needs up to 300k. As a branch based Business Specialist I was required to service the local business community and assist entrepreneurs with finance and banking services. This included ongoing support of already established businesses as well as nurturing fledgling businesses to help them succeed. I was tasked with acquisitions of new business through a local network as well through personal recommendations.
