      - Responsible for ensuring updates and maintenance of the confidential personnel files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.- Collating HR reports both manually (excel based) as well and HRIS (HR information systems) reports using Adrenaline Max - Responsible for ensuring HRIS accuracy. Inputs hew hires, terminations and other changes into the HRIS.- Responsible for the activities of personnel administration, involving tracking and reporting hires, exits, new joiner onboarding & support, visa’s, and transfers.- Maintain employee records in the Adrenaline Max and physical employee files, and ensure that the information is accurate and secure.- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program, with tools and resources that create a positive new hire experience- Execute an exceptional and consistent onboarding experience, including regular communication with new hires at various stages during the onboarding process for increased engagement and retention- Conduct the criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screenings; track status and communicate findings and handles highly confidential information - Liaise with line managers to prepare induction plans for new hires.- Recommends, maintains, revises, new HR policies and procedures, advises employees on policy interpretation and works with Legal to finalize policies- Ensures new and/or revised policies are communicated across the organization; coordinates with communications to update information in the employee handbook- Works with Legal on international employee contracts.- Process HR HELPDESK requests and close them within agreed SLAs.- Acts as liaison between employee and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems.- Responsible for maintaining performance management system; ensuring data is accurate and maintained.
