  Team's main responsibility is to ensure high quality of Fixed network and services of the OTE Group to our customers. Typical tasks are gathering of metrics and data (network analytics), configuration of specific KPIs for network parameters and customer experience, development of innovative tools and technologies to improve the services provided to customers and finally to reassure company's comparative measurement (benchmarking) in relation to the competition. Also Team certifies devices, in collaboration with their manufacturers, so that they are utilized to the maximum degree of network capabilities. I have also participated in 2004 Athens Olympic games Cosmote Project and Cosmote Single RAN competition for vendor selection as part of the evaluation team.
