By welcoming members from all domains, VEH fosters a diverse and inclusive community where individuals freely express themselves under one umbrella.As the Management Head of Vishwakarma Expression Hub (VEH), I am responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, managing official email account and different databases, and driving various initiatives to foster artistic growth and engagement within the community. Notable achievements during my tenure include organizing and executing "KaavyaVaibhav," a music event attended by 200 participants, as well as conducting four community meetups to teach basic skills across different art domains. Additionally, I managed the club's Google Drive throughout my tenure. My dedication to creating a vibrant platform for artistic expression and collaboration has been central to VEH's continued success as one of the largest art communities at VIT Pune. Show less

My main responsibilities include ensuring our resources are used effectively and that our programs run smoothly across four areas: Operations, Finance, Database, and Aesthetics.In this role, I help design and organize events that prepare students for their future careers. This includes securing all necessary permissions for events, meticulously planning and executing flagship events like EDGE'24 and Engineering Unplugged, managing the database, and maintaining the event timeline. Leading a team of 12 coordinators, I facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure that our events are executed flawlessly.At our recent flagship event, EDGE'24, we had a turnout of 400 individuals. The event featured mock group discussions and personal interviews tailored for third and fourth-year students. Additionally, we organized workshops on resume and LinkedIn profile building, along with four speaker sessions covering money management mastery, personal branding, AI tools symposium, and off-campus placement roadmap. Additionally, Engineering Unplugged provided invaluable insights for freshers, featuring speakers who shared their personal journeys and emphasized skill development throughout their engineering tenure. They offered guidance on how to effectively utilize the four years of engineering to foster personal growth and skill enhancement. Covering essential topics such as leadership development, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, the importance of research papers and patents, Excel proficiency, roadmaps to crack internships, personal interviews and group discussions, and transitioning from campus to corporate life, it equips participants with invaluable insights to navigate the corporate world effectively.As the Event Executive for EATON Changing Gears 7.0, I got the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of 110 including heads and coordinators committee members to ensure seamless event planning and management. My responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of various sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring clear communication across all teams. I work closely with industry and faculty experts to curate content that addresses critical topics, ensuring that every participant gains the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the corporate world.   As the Branding Head for Blood D, the flagship blood donation event organized by the Social Welfare & Development Committee (SW&DC) at VIT Pune, I was responsible for the complete branding and digital promotion of the event. I led the strategic branding initiatives across all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact visibility. My efforts played a key role in driving engagement and outreach, resulting in a record-breaking turnout of 1111 blood donors- The highest in Maharashtra.
