As a Relationship Specialist covering the West region, my role was to coordinate communications between W&R financial advisors, LPL’s home office, and Macquarie’s internal departments to ensure a smooth transition of the Ivy mutual fund product suite into the Macquarie family.At the close of the transaction on April 30th, 2021, Macquarie successfully retained $76 billion of Ivy Funds assets under management and LPL Financial announced that 95% of W&R advisors committed to the LPL platform. Show less As a Internal Consultant covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Florida regions, I partnered with two Regional Directors to maintain and develop relationships with wirehouse and independent financial advisors through a phone-based consultative approach. What does consultative mean? It means listening, asking questions, and ultimately providing financial solutions that meets the clients risk/reward expectations within the current market cycle.
