It is a company whose product is social work. It has done a number of projects and is currently focussing on the RTE Act, Section 12(1)(c). Through Adhyayan our project focussing on RTE, we have taken a small step by successfully admitting 5 children from slum areas of Bhubaneswar in Future Bhubaneswar School in the year 2017 and now we are aiming for more number of admissions. We also have our own merchandise customised i_desire copies which is till now the sole source of funding for our projects. Show less

  Programming Analyst

  I worked here as a Java Developer and Prod. Specialist. The first project (Manulife Insurance) required me to write codes in Java and Spring used in real time projects. For instance clients receiving text message etc. Have also resolved critical batch failures; escalated the same to senior management in case of critical/ high-risk issues and availed hands on experience on SQL as well. Coming to the second project (Bravura Solutions)I mainly dealt in code review and configuration build management for the application. Determined operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions and lastly participated in software and architectural development activities . My third and final project (Guild Guidewire) consisted of a 2 month training that helped me in knowing the software properly with a specialization on Billing Centre then I mostly conducted software analysis, technical design, programming, testing and debugging along with working on error identification on codes belonging to Billing, Policy and Claim Centers. All in all had a great experience and I have gained a vast knowledge on a lot of Platforms. I improved my attitude each day with the kind of experience I had and went out of my comfort zone and not just did my own assigned tasks but also proved to be a good team member by doing so much extra work during delivery deadlines Show less
