  Mechanical Technician in the LNG team looking after our 5 process trains on the gas plant. -Frame 3,5 and 7 turbine shutdowns, overhauls and maintenance. -Hydraulic turbine maintenance. -Compressor Maintenance (Axial, centrifugal and reciprocating); Overhauls, Bearing and seal inspection and replacements, including dry gas seals. -Pump overhauls; Process pumps, Sundyne Pump overhauls and Servicing -Valve maintenance, overhauls and replacement. -Hydraulic system maintenance; Servicing, Repairs/Fault Finding -Gearbox Overhauls -Use of Rotalign Ultra laser alignment equipment for Turbine, Pump, Compressor alignments -Mechanical seal maintenance; Removal and Installation of Mechanical seals -Diesel Engine Maintenance; General Servicing and repairs Show less I spent my 3.5 year apprenticeship working with a number of major maintenance teams and on a range of different facilities. I have undertaken a broad range of mechanical fitting work including multiple shut downs, both large and small mechanical scopes, and am experienced in using SAP and ISSOW programs.Year 4: Based at Pluto Gas Plant (Karratha).Year 3: Based at KGP (Karratha Gas Plant).Year 2: Based offshore on Northern Endeavour FPSO (Timor Sea).Year 1: Perth based completed Cert II Plant & Process Operations at ACEPT, Challenger TAFE. Placed with secondment companies Pressure Dynamics, Baker Hughes, Legeneering & Callidus.
