Responsible to compile 2 Years Plan from the subsurface team which will provide inputs for Shell OP Cycle as well as WP&B. 2 Years Plan later will be used as inputs for Medium Term Planning for resource Planning, Schedule Deferment as well as integration.Closely work with Finance for budget estimate during OP Cycle for 2 Years budget plan and involved in quarterly and monthly review.Constantly engaging Contracting & Procurement team to better strategize execution plan to get the best out of contract value and execution practicality. Involved in contract quilt as well as provide inputs for service requirement based on OP Cycle.Single focal Point for Petronas SKG Shallow Clastic well intervention scope submission. Responsible to register and integrate the plan into Shell Integrated Asset Planning. Assisting in execution for Logistic as well as technical support. Core team member in Integrated Asset Planning. Working with various discipline such as Maintenance Team, Turnaround Team, Logistic, Under Water Inspection, Pipeline Inspection, Portfolio Project and Geomatics. Working closely with PT,PP,RE as well as Routine and Non-Routine Intervention Team to create a robust Well Intervention Plan (Restoration/Optimization/Data acquisition/Well Integrity) in order to comply to IAP Golden Rule and Activity Readiness Check. Ensuring all Petronas PPGUA Requirement is met on Reservoir Pressure Monitoring at the same time benefits subsurface team to understand better individual well characteristic. Responsible to maintain/update Primavera data as Planning Community basis of reference to Long Term, Medium Term, Short Term and Very Short Term Plan which is imperative to manage activity clashes.
