  Key achievement involved the implementation of Six Sigma Orangebelt training through an engineering design project on a high volume automated manufacturing machine. I identified an issue causing proportionally large downtime on a machine through which over 50% of Schrader’s global product passed. Through data analysis, design iterations and prototype testing I produced a sub system which dramatically increased robustness and reliability while reducing downtime and repair posts. Co-ordination and shift management of 20 maintenance technicians and associated resources, operating a 24/7 shift utilisation during peak production periods. Show less
