Work included plumbing, electrical, concrete, stone, and core drilling.WTC Temporary Passenger CorridorsNovember 2014 - Present$4 Million project to construct a temporary chilled water line and sidewalk shed for pedestrian traffic in the World Trade Center Transit Hub. Scope included carpentry, electrical lighting and fire alarm, fire sprinkler, painting, chilled water line, ironwork, and miscellaneous metals. Contract was replaced with all T&M work that was tracked daily and invoiced to the Client.Hurricane Sandy Beachfront Restoration March 2013 - June 2013$100 Million beachfront restoration project in the Rockaways, Coney Island, and Staten Island. Prefabricated modular trailers, to be used as lifeguard stations and public restrooms, and transported them by barge to be set on top of concrete piles above the flood line. Worked 24/7 to acheive TCO in time for beach season and scope included utilities, pile driving, concrete and RCP boardwalk, ironworks, carpentry, and interiors.Responsibilities:-Submit, track, and distribute RFI's and submittals.-Soliciting pricing from subcontractors and put together buyouts.-Performed takeoffs, inventoried the actual conditions in the field, and coordinated the movement of fixtures and materials between sites during the Beachfront Restoration Project.-Tracked T&M work and submitted Change Orders to owner.-Drafted meeting minutes and daily reports.-Assisted estimating team in the office by calling subcontractors.
