  As a RIDM Associate, I played an integral role in the development of the document management program for documentation related to Regulatory data filings. This documentation included correspondence with Regulatory agencies, data packages, requests for additional information, and authorization letters. The initial effort including developing an organization system and naming convention to ensure expedient retrieval of documentation. This effort also increased visibility to "missing" documentation as well as the understanding of what material is submitted to each Regulatory agency globally. 5,500 documents were assessed, the new naming convention was applied and they were all added to the new organizational structure. Following that initial effort, the system was optimized to include new understandings of global Regulatory packages and continues to be used today.Additionally, I developed a complete EndNote software utilization program to ensure consistency in citation formatting across all Regulatory data packages. As part of this program, I gained technical expertise in the management and use of the EndNote software. I had primary responsibility for training new users as well as holding "train the trainer" sessions. Show less
