  • Examined the housing quality in the Lealman community. • Began the project by reviewing housing condition surveys from other communities.• Developed a survey instrument that would replicate the earlier survey’s five-point scale, but that could be replicated by future researchers.• Surveyed several blocks of Lealman to test their methods and undergone quality control to review the validity of the results.• Created a Database for neighborhood housing condition survey that was then presented on GIS maps to review the result and most distressed areas.
