  Reporting to the CEO, my main responsibilities are in managing the full A-Z spectrum of all events including client assessment, creative control and collaboration.Key Responsibilities and Achievements include:• Managing budget control for all events as well as full event production, logistics and execution responsibility.• Managing a team of 15 warehouse production staff, 3 designers and the Creative Director.• Full creative planning and delivery management including any structural risk assessments and checking safety for the production as necessary.• Assessing, meeting and managing client expectations.• Managing supplier relationships and cultivating a robust supplier network.• Talent acquisition for a variety of entertainment needs for the various events.• To date I’ve successfully managed the production and execution of 16 of events. • Successfully managed the production for the AGA KHAN Awards 2016. Held in the Al Ain Fort, this was a highly prestigious annual event for the architecture industry. This was a joint venture with MCI who managed the protocol aspect, leaving my team to manage logistics, WC, tents, lighting, staging, production, audio visual, manage suppliers and monitor attendance.• I also managed the event to successfully launch a new brand with RAKEZ, effectively merging two Government entities (RAK FZE and RAK Investment) which had over 1,000 attendees. I facilitated the AV, staging, production, entertainment and logistics for the event and created a visual representation of the new logo from the signatures of all attendees. • I led the highly successful event for the opening Ceremony of Dragon Mart 2. I personally achieved several creative solutions for the event by utilising my civil engineering experience and 3D mapping knowledge, enabling a large chandelier covering the entire ceiling to be displayed. This event had over 100 VIP guests in attendance including Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Show less
