  As part of the Verizon’s Product Development team, I worked on the Digital Secure application and Femtocell technology. Digital Secure is a one-stop suite of privacy and security tools for mobile devices and home computers. During my internship, I was involved in the development and release of app updates, analysis of user reviews, and performed technical and user experienced feature testing. As a result, I presented a list of recommendations related to app enhancements to key stakeholders in the business for consideration in the future app releases . With respect to Femtocell technology, I studied Verizon’s radio spectrum bands for 4G LTE and 5G. I further familiarized myself with the femtocell network architecture, and performed user device testing. I practiced end-to-end management of the processes when working with multiple vendors associated with Verizon’s consumer and enterprise products. As a result, I learned about how Verizon’s network is built to offer customers wireless cellular coverage across the different radio spectrums that Verizon owns. Show less

I also Identified market trends and produced relative reports and write-ups and executed competitive analysis and ensured Verizon’s live streaming service was on par with or exceeding the competition.
