  • Managed the drafting and the implementation of EIB and World-Bank-financed projects’ for a total value of EUR 50m. Managed the entire PPP bidding process including drafting of proposals,investment plans, contractual frameworks, environmental impact studies and CBAs (cost-benefit analysis); organised and coordinated public procurement (tender drafting, adjudication procedure and contracts).On implementation phase, monitored and reported on project performance,supervised construction sites, managed relationships with IFIs’ technical and investments representatives (mainly World Bank’s and JASPERS’) as well as with regional political stakeholders (see ‘Relevant Projects’ section for details).• Involved in a 3-year integration plan with Regional Water Network, requiring coordination and harmonisation of around 200 km of aqueduct and 60 km wastewater conducts, 30 tanks/desalinators and 3 remote islands’ autonomous systems. • Established technical cooperation with the National Agency for Water Management Activities (“Hrvatske vode” - Croatian Waters), ensuring Company participation on agency projects as well as with others technical advisors or subcontractors.• Responsible for development and quality framework: line managed 30 people, manager of the project teams, created performance management and projects’ quality control systems, ensuring appropriate definition of project outcomes/requirements and respect of users needs. Supervised technical development of design in order to obtain relevant permitting and apply for EU co-financing.• Represented Company at international summits (e.g. IFAT 2016 - World's Leading Trade Fair for Environmental Technologies) and within national institutions (e.g. Croatian Water Pollution Control Society): presented Company position on specific regulatory aspects.
