  I help to cover the First, Reserve and Under-19 teams for Wakefield Trinity. I am tasked with completing live social media updates on the main Twitter account, writing match reports, conducting post-match interviews and editing for the club’s TV channel, whilst helping the media department complete day-to-day tasks. I am also a contributor to 'The Mighty Trin' which is a monthly magazine the club provide.

  As a useful way of gaining experience in the industry, I started an internship as Under-18s reporter for Everton FC. I was tasked with writing quote-led match reports as close to the final whistle as possible, which gives me the opportunity to work to a deadline, improve my written skills and mix with managers and players alike. I was also on hand to cover both Under-23 and Women’s games whenever the media team require.

Alongside this, I produced a group podcast, which can be found on the platform’s website and YouTube channel. This is a weekly podcast that rounds up all the key talking points from across the week, whilst trying to include occasional guest appearances.
