      • Responsible for the lifecycle management of the Software Development Department including people, process, and projects. • Direct report to the president with monthly presentation to the Board of investors. We utilize data driven performance indicators to ensure we are on target and stay within budget.• Tools and Methodologies used include: Jira for workload and issue management; Clarizen for project feature and time management; SCRUM for team status; and Excel for integrating data and reporting on the KPI’s• Provide HR Management for development resources. I had the opportunity to lead 3 different teams successfully transitioning those teams to independently run Agile SCRUM. I served multiple roles on the development teams, leader ship team, SCRUM Master, Business Analyst and tester. Then I ran the maintenance and support team as their scrum master. Lastly I served as the SCRUM Master and technical resource for replacement of our back end solution. We migrated from SQL to DB2 and are replacing Oracle BI with Cognos BI solution.
