      Activities and Societies: Entrepreneurship, Chess, Debating, Events Commitee Got a substantial grant to start a company, so dropped out of college. No Brainer I realized i didn't want to work other people anyways, and there is no point in getting a degree because I was either going to be an entrepreneur or self employed anyways, sort of getting to the "rich dad poor dad" mantra.

      The problem which I was solving, was automation of property management, as it can be a very labour intensive process, I wanted to make property management, simple- and I wanted it to be an easy process, making it viable for landlords, or tenancy managers to be more efficient with property management. Built an online Property management Saas, which checklisted for clients and verified that house was in condition which they rented from vendor, the aim of the SaaS was to streamline the renting process,make it more convenient and easier for vendors to manage clients without excesssive fees. Some of the outcomes> Able to source 26 Beta clients, raise a private preseed round of 125K USD, able to develop beta patch to have specific addons requested by beta clients using AGILE methodologies.> Investigate the usage of Saas technologies to verify and track record vendor/tenant relationships, measuring the efficiency of using Saas technology nad from the dilligence, it was hard for eiter parties to trust without "human" element to tenant/vendor relationship.
