  Most of the time I had to monitor the whole network system using Wireshark and Nmap tools. Which employee was using the highest bandwidth unnecessary or not getting proper speed monitored by me. I was responsible for the basic routine maintenance troubleshooting for all computer hardware, access point, printer and other IT assets as per company policy. Managed internal/external application upgrades. Defined and improved all system and network operations processes. I had ensured timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services. Managed external vendors relationships and services. Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets were also done by me. This office is enhanced with Mikrotik routers and Cisco switches. This devices are configured by me perfectly. Whole office network was designed by me and suggested CAT 6 cable to ensure durability so that they did not have to change cable every after few days. This organization is a marketing agency so that they have to work with well-known organizations in our country. In my time we had to make a contract with a popular telecommunication organization and for secure connectivity, with them, we had to use VPN technology and that project was completed by me successfully.   Text/Image section:Have to check images and texts from IMO Group Space and Group info to find out violations that may go against social reputations. Example: Drug abuse, terrorism, cyberbullying, weapon business, and prostitution. If I get any of those I will take the necessary steps to prevent occurrences.Audio section:Have to listen to audio clips from IMO Voice club. I have to tout what hosts and audiences are saying, if they do not maintain the rules and regulations assigned by the IMO organization then I need to take an essential move to ensure the platform is clean and safe for everyone.Live/video section: Have to monitor IMO live performances where what hosts are doing in front of audiences. If they are performing any activity without crossing or breaking the law and system then I do not have any authority to pause or stop the performance otherwise it is mandatory to ban the user for a certain period or permanently. Occasionally I have to act as the Acting Team, Leader when the Team Leader is absent or feels the need. I have the responsibility of training the juniors also. Show less
