  I've been responsible for a big project about the re-organization of the job centres (in the context of the biggest project full founded by the UE called PARI-Welfare2Work). I've been leading a group of 25 consultants across Italy for six years. I followed all the project phases from creating the analysis tools, leading the training sessions, having 1-2-1 and global meetings with the consultants and the Institutional partners, and checking for the deadlines to be met and all the documents needed for the monitoring and reporting.
