Expat Project Engineer overseeing a $12M processing plant within a $130M greenfield soluble coffee factory, recognized as best-in-class for environmental protection and safety standards. Led the project from initial design to first production, including supplier selection, equipment procurement, integration with civil and electrical works, contractor coordination, safety and quality assurance, commissioning, and initial product runs. Trainee in a global team of senior engineers, providing technical support for international soluble coffee projects. Developed engineering standards, contributed to TPM/EM pilots, and prepared for external QMS audits. Led the design, procurement, and installation of a coffee aroma extraction system in the R&D pilot plant, managing a budget of $1M.
