  I have worked as a shop assistant at Centra for over seven years. My main duties within the shop are based on working on the floor and on tills. This entails serving customers, stock taking, checking in/ checking out deliveries and managing customer complaints/ suggestions.

  My main roles within the company were using Wordpress installs that the clients already had. I altered themes, plugins and layouts to suit the client's needs.In terms of graphic design, I mainly used photoshop to design layouts of a website for desktop and mobile and creating graphics and logos that clients requested .I also did some digital marketing while at Dmac, creating Adwords and Mailchimp newsletters for a targeted market.Apart from using Wordpress I also used Dmac Media's own CMS to transfer content from old websites to their new one.
