  Project scope includes upgrade of Rolls Royce RB-21 and Pratt & Whitney FT-4 Combustible Gas Turbine Controller (CGTC). Old controllers were demolished and replaced with Siemens-Simatic S7-400 and PCS7. New Fire Alarm Control System (Honeywell) and UPS (Eaton Technologies-PW913000T-XL) and DC system (HBL Power System-125 TP 50) were also integrated on the new CGTC's.

  • Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Project Management team (SAPMT) regarding all quality related issues and activities.• Review Contractors quality document and recommends for any changes as necessary.• Leads in the selection of contractor’s quality personnel, evaluate submitted resume and/or conducts technical interview as necessary.• Conduct daily routine inspection; ensure that construction activities are in accordance to Saudi Aramco requirement.• Attend on-site material receiving inspection and ensures that required preservation are carried out immediately upon material delivery up to pre-commissioning phase.• Prepares daily surveillance inspection report. Issue log book entry for quality related problem found during inspection• Participate in the design review of construction drawings of various Aramco projects.• Participate in the implementation of department safety objectives. Recommends safety suggestion to eliminate potential safety violation and unsafe condition.• Conduct walkthrough and list down items not yet done and/or completed as against scope of mechanical completion package.
