Operations and supply chain was the predominant focus for the majority of projects assigned.Projects Include:- Used JD Edwards ERP software to find and fix discrepancies in earned standard hour data across 8 high volume product lines- Coordinated with Stanley Black and Decker Corporate the design and implementation of a barcode labeling system to organize and improve asset tracking and reduce physical inventory times by 50%- Automated an Asset Change Notice workflow using an already licensed and paid for Microsoft Office app called Power Automate at no additional costs.- Located over $500,000 worth of underutilized raw materials to be sold in order to transition to a Just-In-Time type of supply chain- Researched and initiated the ongoing process to acquire IIoT/Andon machine monitoring services for the production floor- Verified departmental fixed assets planned to be outsourced for the accounting department Show less

  - Managed timecards, training certifications, production scheduling, and employee development for 20 team members across two production teams: the ISX12 block and head machining lines.- Planned and implemented a block banking strategy with custom packaging procurement, MES system integration, and Power BI dashboard creation to streamline bank management.- Drove line safety improvements by finding alternate methods for casting core sand removal and main bearing cap seating to the block that eliminated hammer use by the operators.- Lead packaging cost reduction effort for external cylinder head orders with the transition from wooden boxes at $70/box to a cardboard solution that costs less than $10/box with the local supplier.- Developed and deployed a resource capacity planning application that utilizes licensed Microsoft Power Platform for VPI/NBS/Transformation project resource planning and decision-making globally.- Published CME engineering standards for the tooling selection and approval process in new and retool capital projects and the safe J-hook engine block attachment process.- Created a white sheet document that assists production sites on deployment and configuration of industry 4.0 spindle vibration machine health monitoring PLCs and a SCADA gateway server.- Developed global manufacturing standard work presentations on injector seal, seat, and sleeve subcomponent machining processes and cylinder head sub-assembly processes.- Programmed and integrated Fanuc CRX 10i/L and UR10 cobots to perform an interactive demonstration for the manufacturing engineering development center’s open house.
