      Parallel to my studies I worked as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant in team Finance and Sales where I supported the Consultant Managers in their daily work. The role consisted of participating in the whole recruitment process, which mainly consisted of tasks such as advertisement, candidate search and selection, interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, time reporting, schedule writing and informing candidates about terms of employment.

      Beside my main position as a Labour Law Advisor I worked as a System Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics. I was part of a team consisting of four specialists and one Application Manager. The teams primary responsibility was to manage and develop the system from a business perspective. More specifically, I collected and formulated requirements and improvements from the business to our software developers. I was also in charge of acceptance testing when it came to implement new functionalities in the system. After an implementation was completed, it was crucial to educate the users, both new and more experienced. This included developing user routines, quick reference guides and training materials.
