    I have 9 Years of experience in IT and in that 4.5 years of experience in Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS. Presently I am working in ITC Infotech India LTD as an Associate IT Consultant. Responsible to handle Opera PMS (v5.0.4,v5.0.5), Technical issues, Migration, server setup, OXI 2way interface, various Hotel interface installation and testing, pre-sales, Team Management, etc. I have been travelled to many client location for project discussion, setup opera servers, 2Way OXI configuration, live cover, etc and performed well in all assignments. I got promoted multiple times from current company based on my performance. My main strength is, I can quickly learn the project needs and execute, keen to learn new technologies, patience to listen, learn and execute. Currently I am looking for a better job to execute my knowledge, experience and learn new things.

I have been travelled to client Places for Four Seasons Hotels (USA- Couple of Hotels), (Melia Hotels International) places(Spain, Germany) for Opera PMS implementation. Also traveled to Most of the ITC hotels in India for setup their opera servers(multi structure). I was a Tech Lead for offshore migration team, the team support opera migration, installation, interfaces, OXI and technical issues for north American Hotel Chains such as IHG, Carlson,Wyndham and independent hotels.
