  I have been in the Mental Health field for 25 years and of that time I have been a clinical therapist for the last 17 years. I have been trained in various modalities including but not limited to, anger, grief, death and dying, substance abuse, depression, mental illness and stress reduction. My foundation is with therapists; Alford Adler and Carl Jung, in its integration of Individual, Social and Spiritual aspect as it relates in our everyday lives. I also have experience working with children/teens, young and up to older adults, LGBTQI, abuse victims and perpetrators.As I grew and developed as a therapist I added other useful tools to help my clients grow and achieve self-actualization, while reducing fear, self-harm and co-dependency. As a therapist I strive to practice and incorporate holistic concepts of mind, body and spirit for instilling wellness to the whole bring, which thus bring more complete care and healing.I’m trained in Brief Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy, Heart-Center Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Affecter Field Technique, Teng Tom’s Tong Ren, and Body Talk Access.
