Electronic Signature Solution State Farm is developing and supporting a technical platform to host all applications, services, and data that are needed to provide real-time customer interactions. State Farm established a technical platform goal of 99.99 percent in order to provide 99.9 percent application availability. Focused on changing and evolving to meet multiple customer needs, the enterprise is working harder to grow State Farm so that it’s reaching its full potential. One of the capabilities they are trying to include is an electronic signature solution where a customer can go online and provide their signature on a loan application or purchase an insurance policy etc instead of going to the agents office and agents can utilize a tablet device to conduct business remotely. As a result, State Farm has saved so much costs and have generated so much revenue with this solution. Show less
