Base on different projects’ performance requirements, do the input plan by stages with Head/media supplier and internal R&D; also do the plan with internal BU/OP/TE about the head performance testing plan.2: Trace the Head/Media in place, internal testing machine, operator in place, the testing schedule control, do the data analysis from testing result. Do the abnormal checking/confirmation/ and then find out the root causes in time and push OP/TE to solve them. Make sure output result is accurate and timely.3: Communicate with R&D department on product's design if currently design’s performance can’t match with requirement, then find out the improvement plans/actions. And push for implement in order to get customer’s requirement.4. Organize internal meeting, review current testing result, project schedule, discuss the improvement plan.5. Join the regular meeting with customer, collect customer’s requirement and push for implement.6. Work out the plans to reduce/solve the risks with ME/QE, close tracking the effect of the plans, ensure the risks can be controlled.5: Fully communicate and coordinate with stakeholders(customer/ internal/ project team members), Collect the customer’s requirements, coordinate internal/ external resources.
