      Context:Since 2008, the application of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology on passenger vehicles in US and Europe ensures an efficient Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) after-treatment to meet Tier 2 Bin 5 emissions regulation requirements.Leveraging its know-how in onboard fuel storage and delivery, the Plastic Omnium Auto Inergy division has developed DINOx, its own NOx reduction product line based on SCR technology.As part of the Electronic Architecture team, I am in charge of following tasks:- Lead and coordinate all work-packages related to the development of an Selective Catalytic Reduction ECU (Electronic Conrol Unit).- Organize & lead with all involved parties (SCR-ECU supplier, Quality Engineer, etc) the development and the validations of the SCR-ECU (Hardware, Mechanics & Software) - Optimize the integration of the SCR-ECU in the system- Organize the validation testing, externally or internally; manage relevant FMEAs of the component- Respect planning (milestones), create recovery plan if applicable- Supervise the preparation of Component Technical Specification to be given to the suppliers and review the requirements - Contribute to the evaluation of suppliers offers (Technical, Quality, Delays & Cost)- Track and optimize development costs, investments, and piece price Show less
