  Some of my duties included: Established compatibility with third party software products by developing programs for modification and integration. Implemented complex Internet and Intranet applications on multiple platforms.  Ensured network, system and data availability, and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades. Provided documentation on start-up, shut down and first level troubleshooting of processes to help desk staff. Implemented company policies, technical procedures, and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports, and access. Consistently met deadlines and requirements for all production work orders. Managed creative projects from concept to completion while managing outside vendors. Aligned office departments and increased inter-department communication and data sharing. Monitored network performance and provided network performance statistical reports for both real-time and historical measurements. Trained junior members of IT team regarding network security and troubleshooting of data circuits. Advocated for end-users to perform testing and problem analysis for servers, desktop and IT infrastructure work. On a daily basis observe LSSNY systems for proper functioning and administer corrective action as instructed. - These systems include but not limited to copiers, printers, fax machines, computers, servers, and operating/application software, etc. Served as backup Systems Administrator including Security Coordinator for NY State Child Welfare Case Management Systems. Responsible for identifying problems with NY State hardware, network connectivity and correct any issues. Visited each site location a minimum of once every other month. Provide functional guidance and training on hardware and software to new staff, as needed. Created user accounts and access requirements as needed to ensure users have access to technology appropriate for their job responsibilities.
