I have been in the team for just over year having previously worked as a team manager in the field. My nomination spans two areas. Firstly, for my consistently collaborative and inclusive approach to delivering change into the field service team. I do this with passion and commitment, but also with care and consideration of the impacts that it might have. A number of team managers and engineers nominated me for my empathy and dedication in supporting my “internal” customer. I am also a member of the Wellbeing team that was set up to support mental health. A number of engineers nominated me for my inspiring work in raising awareness of mental health issues and I was also, more specifically, called out for the positive and personal impact I had on specific engineers’ lives due to the support I had given to them.
