      Manager and process strategist for upper-tier service desk in the areas of business applications, education systems, and specialty software licensing and distribution. The position was designed specifically to leverage my background in enterprise applications to improve end-user support. AMIT managed configuration, enterprise service integration, and release for core IT application services, such as course management, wikis, chat, IT knowledge base, MIT’s service-oriented architecture, and IS&T’s internal developer tools. insideMIT was the migration of MIT’s administrative intranet of 75+ web applications to a common platform, look, and feel. Web-Tech designed and implemented web-based front-ends to enterprise applications and integrated them into employee portals and knowledge-management systems. LWS provided product development, functional design, user-interface design, end-user documentation, and training for web applications connected to MIT’s SAP infrastructure.
