  My current position as an Education Administrator with King’s College entails assisting the Medical Assisting Program Manager in overseeing the Medical Assisting program to ensure student retention, compile data for end of term reports and provide on-going proactive advisement and counseling in order to achieve academic success to prepare students for their future careers. My primary role in this capacity is to manage the clinical externship rotations for the entire medical assisting student body where I strategically assign each student to their respective externship clinics and manage the performance evaluation tools that measure their progress and performance throughout the eight week duration. I also serve as a face to the Medical Assisting program in establishing and maintaining partnerships that work with our externship program on an on-going basis.
