  Account Service Intern

  During my time at Commerce House, I worked closely with the account service team. I was mainly responsible for developing comparative reports for CHRISTUS Health Care and Sabre Travel to assess market competition and better service value. These comparative reports allowed me to turn data into shareable insights which helped the clients effectively remove inefficiencies. Additionally, I collaborated with web designers and the account supervisor to help relaunch Sabre Travel’s new web design. The new design aimed to make an impactful impression and stop customers from switching to competitors. This was my first agency experience, and it helped develop my professional and communication skills, as I had to converse with a wide variety of technical experts. Show less

  Summer Intern

  Throughout my time at Keurig Dr Pepper, I interned alongside the talent acquisition team. My main projects were to create assets for the campus recruitment team to drive more impressions and engagement at career fairs. This included creating three campus branding templates and assets to be leveraged on LinkedIn. In addition, I also created internal and external marketing communication pieces for employees so that they were up to date on current company events. Lastly, I was able to leverage survey data from candidates who were seeking employment at KDP to develop insights on how the application process can be better improved. This internship experience helped me bridge my creative and analytical skillset to develop new and innovative solutions for the TA team. Show less
