  Product Manager responsible for Digital Signing in the customer process in Handelsbanken. During 2023 I focused on establish the capability at Handelsbanken. We now have a team for support- and maintenance, processes for in-boarding etc. During 2024 my focus has been on strategic questions and to define future state for Digital signing in Handelsbanken, including signing methods, validation and preserving digital signatures seen from a technical and legal perspective as well as from a customer and advisor view. Show less Since in June 2021 I am heading the group responsible for AML-systems within the Handelsbanken Group, covering transaction monitoring, customer screening, sanction screening, customer risk rating, advanced analytics and investigation. We are also responsible for maintenance of the technical platforms and architecture runway within the FCP-area. In November 2021 we started a SAFe release train. The train is currently focused on implementing a global AML-platform delivered by SAS Institute.In addition to heading the group I am Involved in projects related to establish an environment for Data and Advanced analytics, leading a cross-functional project for realizing our People Plan and also have a close collaboration with the business side and system vendor aiming to foresee coming needs and possibilities for our processes and the platform.As a leader I continuously coach and encourage my teams to be more autonomous and I promoted self-organization and team spirit inside the teams. My goal is to bring a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and influence those around me. I saw great progress after only a few months both in delivery capacity but most of all in motivation, team spirit, being role models and inspiration to other teams.I constantly challenge existing structures, processes and routines which often comes with traditional organizations with built in hierarchies that undermine the possibility for increased autonomy in the organization. I am strongly convinced that highest efficiency is achieved in organizations/groups where the people affected by the decisions are entitled to decide, where transparency prevails and where managers and leaders highest mission is to empower the people in the organization. My teams focused on Advanced Data Analytics & Model Risk Management, Process Management & Automation and KYC. We continued to drive the transformation journey aiming to gain efficiency and scalability. By initiating global communities for increased collaboration and knowledge sharing we created forums for global processes and way-of-working within 9 different FCP-areas. Show less As Product Owner I am responsible for planning and execution of Handelsbankens product roadmap for process automation. By setting a clear product vision and by providing the development teams with tangible robot cases I help developers to maximize their outcome by clearly understanding the driving forces and processes for automation. I collaborate closely with our development teams and I am also coaching my own team. Stakeholders are business departments, mangers and steering groups as well as system owners and IT worldwide in the Handelsbanken group. An important part of the job is to source ideas for development from the organization and prioritize them. I report to the Steering committees. The role also involves planning start-up automation in new countries, business areas or systems as well as following-up on robots already completed. In this role, I ensure that business- and IT-decisions are appropriate and contribute to a stable, cost-efficient and customizable infrastructure. I often take on an advisory role in cross-organizational projects and provide guidance in pre-studies, decision processes and actual execution. I am also engaged in the establishment of process frameworks, strategic business requirements and future objectives for business- and IT-development.
