  As a member of the GridSME Compliance Team, I am responsible for the management/development of the NERC GO Implementation project portfolio, from project kick-off through NERC registration, with direct management/development of engineering evidence and coordinating procedural evidence development (CIP & 693) through Compliance Analysts. I manage the performance of the Power Systems Engineers and Technical Data Analysts who perform the technical engineering analyses to assess and demonstrate compliance with specific NERC Reliability Standards (e.g., BAL-001-TRE, FAC-008, PRC-002, PRC-012, PRC-005, PRC-019, PRC-024, PRC-025, PRC-027).I support the GridSME Engineering Team in preparing for Generator Model Validation activities for NERC compliance (e.g., MOD-025, MOD-026, MOD-027, MOD Test Planning, MOD Verification and Validation, EMT Modeling) and system operator data submittal requirements (e.g., TPP/BPM and CAISO Deficiency Tracking).
