  Duties/Responsibilities: - Monthly Production planning. -Section wise input and output plan. -Leading the IE and Planning team. -Proper utilization of man, machine and materials through planning and management -Develop system for smooth production and fulfillment of target. -Application of industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency. -Undertake problem study to minimize loss in productivity. -Maintain an efficient management information system for top management to take up immediate remedial actions where necessary. -Smoothing the production through different work aids & attachments. -Plan and implement an effective factory layout. -Prepare weekly progress monitoring reports and present in the meeting. -Track the order from fabric booking to send the goods to leftover through fabric received, cutting, and print/embroidery. -Collect the drop details after order confirmation for better follow up. -Fix the average details after analyzing the sample and defines the fabric delivery date, cutting and sewing starting date, embellishment part receive date, final inspection date, and others through setting the target of all process. -Inform all concern departments about style critically and obstacles of achieving the production target monthly. Fabric approval and receive to keep available of other lead time. -Make checklist of all trims and accessories for uninterrupted input supply to ensure all procedures in time and keep contact with store and merchandiser to update and in house all trims and accessories on time. -Follow up the production and fabric and embellishment in house status on daily basis. -Prepare contingency plan for unwanted and unavoidable situation if required. -Prepare the working hours for sewing, finishing and cutting on daily basis and visit all the running line as the routine work.
