Depending upon the customer requirement, mixtures are also manufactured at MIL.I did my 1 month winter internship at MIL and learned about several things, mainly, process description, boiler & VAM, industrial utilities, process equipments and pressure vessels, process description and reactions, safety equipment, SDS, blender machines, standards; grades of vessel specifications, etc.They have different sections for QC, R&D, Glass line, SFD, ETP, health and safety. I visited all of them, learned them, noted them and made report.Majorly, the equipments they use in their plant are Boiler, Steam distillation tank, Dumping vessel, Centrifuge, Vacuum paddle drier, Vapor absorption heat pump, Hammer mill and ACM blender machine.Also they've well equipped QC labs (I witnessed and learned about GC, HPLC, fume hood, vacuum oven, hot air oven, chiller, water bath, etc.) Show less
