Responsible for purchasing travel arrangements for the executives, directors, salespeople, management and driver personnel. Create travel agendas, expense reports and meeting documents. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Excel/ MITS reporting. Scheduling and booking on-site as well as off-site meetings to include room set up, Meeting Props and presentations. Ordering food & beverage and any AV/tech equipment for customer meetings and employee events including luncheons, golf tournaments and holiday parties. Purchasing and maintaining all equipment, contracts, repair service, supplies and distribution of wireless phones, computers, office supplies, machinery, and warehouse equipment.
