   Technical: act as technical support on the whole region fleet, from single issues to major warranty cases. For small cases ensure the smooth and efficient resolution and for major cases lead the RCA, solution design, verification and validation following the 8D process.  Operations: Act as technical PM (together with country Service manager) in planning, executing and quality controlling blade maintenance activities mainly performed by 3rd party contractors  Sourcing: Support the service team in selecting suitable partners and qualify them for blade maintenance in different regions. Work with the Materials team in HO to propose and qualify a sustainable blade repair material list to cover the needs in the different regions  Customer interface: Support Sales and Service managers when it comes to customer communication on all blade topics.  Technical documentation: Take full ownership and continuously improve the blade service general specifications in alignment with LMT colleagues in HO. Review 3rd party maintenance contractor’s documentation (WI, checklists, inspection and repair reports) and insure alignment with general specifications and quality expectations.  Actively interact with Blade LMT and Blade Engineering departments in HO to share lessons learnt and best practices to ensure a close loop of knowledge to prevent future risks of quality issues.  Take initiative in auditing wind farms and blade factories to further reduce risks.
