  Responsible for managing redelivery process:- Analysis of aircraft maintenance records, eventual corrections and preparation for lessors/operators evaluation per lease return industry standards and specific contractual requirements;- Aircraft records digitalization and organization;- Support and rectification plans for aircraft document snags; - Coworking with other consultants of different specialties and backgrounds, managing the individual capacities for a better redelivery process;- Focal point linking Airline, MRO and Owner of the aircraft (lessor), negotiating on the basis of the leasing contract the conflict of interest that exists between the three parties.- Physical inspection including aircraft general system and Structural Log analyses (Airframe and Nacelle)Mid-Term Aircraft Inspections:- Physical inspection of commercial aircraft and evaluation of the visual maintenance status for the Owner of the Aircraft (lessor);- Analysis of aircraft maintenance records during the airline operation.In the last 3 years I was on projects in the USA:- Receiving one A321 (2021)- C-Check and Delivery of two Airbus A321.
