I also covered the role of Project Manager for specific projects.

  Direct responsibility for the management and delivery of all aspects of the facilities, including supporting security, travel and procurement services for all offices (including sub tenants) located in the region. My first priority and challenge was to resolve the long lasting air conditioning problems in the European datacentre and Capelle office. Soon I was involved in a large reorganization project during which I had to close the office in Belgium. I managed to turn this into down scaling the office in Brussels to 4 desks thus satisfying the needs of the Belgian Employees. Devices and furniture of the telephone helpdesk were moved to Prague and finally I was charged with the sale of the Capelle office. Show less
