      External Trainer responsible for the delivery of Michelin training to Internal and External Customers, also for all for customers in the Northern half of the UK and Republic of Ireland. We also offer Driver CPC training courses.I am a Member of the REACT Steering Committee representing Michelin, helping to improve the safety of Tyre Technicians who in the course of their job have to work on the Roadside.Key roles – Leading and delivering training, training needs analysis, Training course creation , organisation and delivery (learning evaluation and assessment). Also mentoring and coaching.I am part of UK tyre industry leading Michelin Training Centre team - winners of NTDA 2014 training award. Also finalists in 2015.I am self motivated result driven and effective individual, I am able to work well as part of a team and also on my own initiative. I have excellent communication and presentation skills.I am an enthusiastic, proactive individual and determined to succeed at all challenges presented to me.Michelin Training deliver training to both internal and external customers, Stoke based or onsite.
