      As Group Creative Director for Deloitte's Green Dot Agency, I foster and facilitate the conversation around design and design thinking within our global in-house agency (425 people) as a key member of a blended cross-functional team. I oversee 26 U.S. reports, as well as a further 28 members of our India operation. We push the envelope of where design and business meet to deliver compelling design solutions for our clients and users.I am responsible for the overall quality of design output and its contribution to project objectives. I play an active, hands-on role in key projects, manage and oversee the delivery of the full range of projects, define project scope, goals, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develops interactive prototypes in collaboration with project managers, producers and designers.
