      Lead Flight Attendant

      Supervised two full time flight attendants, and lead the executive recruitment process to find temporary replacements, when the situations such as maternity leave demanded it. I was responsible for creating and maintaining a week to week rotating flight attendant schedule, the flight attendants recurrent cabin training and approving vacation requests. Managed all food and beverage related to the aircraft. Including but not limited to, tracking and purchasing new inventory, organizing catering necessary for special flights, and act as the primary liaison to all vendors. As well as act as liaison between flight crew and senior staff. Ensured that food, beverages, blankets, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply. Assist passengers entering or disembarking the aircraft. Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures, such as, emergency exit locations, the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and floatation devices. I answer passengers questions about flights, aircraft, weather, travel routes and services, arrival times, or schedules and ground transportation. Show less
