      Support Consultant / Implementer

Predominantly 1st/2nd line technical support to customers using the suite of Access Accounts programs and internally developed software. In my last twelve months at Asyst I became more involved in new site implementations. This involved tasks such as export/import of data, software installation, pilot system creation and testing, integration with other systems and live deployment including on-site “go live support”. Also I provided end user training both on the customer premises and “classroom” type training sessions held at the Asyst office.I also became involved in assisting the pre sales department in creating demonstration databases based on user requirements. As the support department was relatively small at Asyst I had to utilise my time management, prioritisation and customer service skills.
