      The Program Associate is responsible for collaborating to the planning, management, development and implementation of Living Donation and Transplant projects, and will support the operation of the Kidney Paired Donation (KPD) Program, as directed. This individual will work closely with the Program Managers (PMs) to support program and project objectivesWork collaboratively with and support the Program Manager (PM) and Senior Advisor & Program Lead (SAPL) in delivering on the Strategy Plan, workplan and corporate plan deliverables and goals.Responsibilities:- Work with PM to develop project plans, meet timelines and budget. Monitor timelines, identify collision points , and identify and escalate risks and issues. Research/develop background materials. Support project stakeholder committees and working groups. Contribute to reporting metrics/statistics. Maintain all controlled documents to ensure that they are current and meet standards. Manage change control/document management systems. Work collaboratively to identify process improvement enhancements; Manage user acceptance groups. Provide support as a subject matter expert for the Candian Transplant Registry IT group. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders for operations, scheduling, policies, systems and processes. Support the PMs in the management of Advisory Committees and Stakeholder Networks. Collaborate and/or manage the planning of major in-person and virtual committee meetings. Develop materials for stakeholder information sessions. Develop change control communications. Collaborate with PMs/SAPL to troubleshoot/resolve technical, policy and process issues. Support Living Donation and Transplant business and programs. Maintain continuing education: strategic management/policies. Conduct environmental scans and research; prepare draft background documents and draft reports to support policy development as directed. Show less Provide first-line service and support to internal and external users of the Kidney Paired Donation Registry. Facilitate the evaluation of donor/recipient transplant matches by hospital-based transplant centre health care professionals and leads the centres through the complex set of logistics required to complete the multi-centre transplant chains. Provide technical support for external users of the registry. Administrator of the Canadian Transplant Registry, Kidney Paired Donation Program. Execute the match cycle algorithm to create potential transplant chains. Creator and facilitator of tri-annual education webinars for Living Donor Transplant coordinators. Contributor/facilitator monthly Advisory Committee Meetings. Collaborator/Facilitator of Advisory Committees Annual Conference. Collaborative Project Manager for numerous projects. Analysis and process improvement for the Kidney Paired Donation Program. Maintenance/entry of Program performance statistics. Prepares and delivers presentations and updates to internal and external customers. Maintenance of of all transplant chain statistics and communications.
